AFAIK RasPi is not a good option for technobit devices, anyway you can always compile the patch on it and try it.

Or flash a tp-link router with firmware from technobit, or use linux host pc, or Windows host pc

I believe YES, you have to compile special version of cgminer, something like this:

Start cgminer with the following line:

sudo ./cgminer -c ./cgminer.conf --hexminerm-options 4:1016 --hexminerm-voltage 805 --hexminerm-chip-mask 15 --hexminerm-hw-err-res 10 --hexminerm-nonce-timeout-secs 3 --hexminerm-pic-roll 90

where cgminer.conf is in the same folder and with your regular settings.

i've never used Pi or minepeon for that reason, so I can't be sure about the details.

If you can't handle it, I can try to make it work via SSH
