Money Refund Request

Hereby I want to request a full money refund for my orders.

BXJGKQXQU 2013-12-13 329,30€ Bank Wire Awaiting bank wire payment - details Reorder
DMEGMDQYS 2013-12-12 163,30€ Bank Wire Awaiting bank wire payment - details Reorder

The orders were payed the same day the wire payment took place. However, they are still marked as pending. Furthermore it took almost an month since I could retrieve the address to sent my chips to for the assembly service. Therefore I am no longer interested in the orders and request a full refund of my money since inquiring my orders that starts getting a loss of time and nerves out of proportion. I think the refund is the easiest solution to this.

The third order was not payed so far due to a lack of reaction to the other two payments.

We'll check the payment again.
But both of the orders in question are January Delivery.
So no refund except we miss our delivery terms

Hi Martin,

please let me know if the payment arrived as soon as possible. It definitely left my bank account at the dates shown in the receipt above and also did not return. In case you did not receive it it would be a mistake by the bank which is rare but might happen. In that case I would have to investigate further. Therefore I need this information.

Concerning the assembly service I still ask you for a refund: You did not provide me with an shipment address for my chips (although I sent you several requests) within more than two weeks after the order. Due to this lack of communication I sold the chips already. In that case the only fair solution is a refund of the payed money. I am not willing to give it away as present. If you have any other proposal let me know but I think the easiest and fairest would be that one. I hope we can solve this issue now.
