Broken unit - refund

Hi,
After numerous emails you still have failed to solve my issue with broken unit that has been found broken on 16th of January. On the 17th you responded to ship it to you, which I did. It arrived on week later.
After many many mails you finally responded on the 18th of February (a month later) that you can offer me a replacement by 2x24GH/s mining units. I accepted on the offer immediately. You did not respond ever since neither did I get a tracking number or receive the item.
Now, 8 days later, I am asking(for past 3 days) for an 90% refund of 450 EUR to my PayPal account or 1 BTC to the provided address.
I originally paid ~493 EUR in November.

The unit I have received appears to be broken. It will hash with 3-4-5 chips, but if I try to use it full it will reset every 16 seconds and the USB disconnects.
I also have noticed that you no longer use two switching power supplies on board, just one. The board is also missing the big electrolytic capacitors.
Do you think this could be caused by bad ripples on 1V power line ? Should I try soldering more capacitors ?

Not my business but this seems like a bad usb connection, try changing the usb hub/cables

One chip is broken. I moved it to the end of the chain so the unit works with 15 remaining chips. I have to run the cgminer with asic_count 15, otherwise it freezes every 10-15 seconds.
