1 & 2. If you have billing address and shipping address in different countries within the EU that creates tax problems. Where the money is sent from is on no concern. Best would be if you have a VAT number that is valid in the European VAT number database (VIES). That way we would ot have to charge VAT on the invoice and all would be fine.
3. Yes.
4. We supply it electronically by PDF.
5. You may request a refund as long as we have not started shipping.
6. At the moment we are on track with the production plan.
7. We estimate the first preorders to ship in September and all other orders until now in October.
8. Yes, production and shipping queue is based on full payment. Unpaid or partially paid orders will not be built.
9. There are Sales terms and conditions that you find before payment in our web shop.
10. In case of late or non-delivery we offer the possibility to get a refund if shipping hasn't started. We don't offer compensation for late delivery after shipping started.
11. The miners can be stacked although we don't recommend stacking more than 2-3. Shelves are preferred.
12. In theory yes but we don't recommend that you purchase PSUs until we have published our recommendations closer to shipping.
13. We include 12 month Back to Base warranty.
14. In order to offer the lowest price at high quality and security (our hosting solution is in a bank server environment) we opted for a 6 and 12 month contract offer. It's back to back with our own contract and reduces risk and cost for everyone.

I am a business individual with representation in 2 countries (UK and Bulgaria) and I'm currently looking into the idea of investing in bitcoin mining equipment such as yours, so naturally I have some questions:
1 - Can I make the payment from Bulgaria as I have assets there, but receive the equipment in the UK where I'm currently located?
2 - Can the payment come from a company account thus shipping and billing addresses will be different?
3 - According to my bank "When performing a payment transaction within the European Economic Area (EEA) the charges paid by the payer and the payee shall be shared (SHA) - each of them shall pay the charges due to his payment service provider" Is that OK with you?
4 - Do you send the shipment with printed invoice or you supply it electronically (in PDF or other format)?
5 - What is your exact refund policy?
6 - How certain are you that paid orders will be delivered in October?
7 - Do you estimate deliveries will start beginning or end of October?
8 - Is there a shipping queue and so paid orders now have priority over paid orders in 3 weeks time? In other words would there be any difference if I paid my order now or end of August?
9 - Can you provide a Sales of goods contract?
10 - What compensation arrangements you have in place in case of late or non-delivery?
11 - Can the miners be stacked on top of each other or they would require separate shelves with minimum distance between them for each one?
12 - Would it be possible for one PSU to be used for 2 miners?
13 - What is the warranty on the devices?
14 - Do you consider offering monthly hosting plans? I believe many people would be interested even at a higher rate.
